QuantumHarbor operates a boutique fitness studio located at Avenida de España 8, 08733 Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. We provide personalised fitness training, group classes, wellness programmes, and related services. Our website serves to provide information about our services, facilitate bookings, and enable communication with potential and existing clients.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking services or contacting us

Booking and Cancellation Policy

All fitness services must be booked in advance. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to trainer illness, facility maintenance, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative arrangements.

Health and Safety

You acknowledge that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks and that you participate at your own risk. You represent that you are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in our programmes. We strongly recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness programme. You agree to inform us immediately of any changes to your health status that may affect your ability to safely participate in our services.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various payment methods as displayed at our facility and on our website. All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to existing clients.

Intellectual Property

The QuantumHarbor website and all its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of QuantumHarbor S.A. and are protected by Spanish and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission. Our training methodologies, programmes, and proprietary fitness techniques are also protected intellectual property.

Privacy and Data Protection

Limitation of Liability
